The majority of recruitment agencies charge on a % scale per placement (usually between 10 and 25% of the annual remuneration package). Our fixed fee service is applicable to all permanent vacancies and the superior quality of service is reflected in our feedback.
For a fixed fee of £500, we will:
Advertise your vacancy
Thoroughly assess all applications received
Search our database for appropriate candidates
Speak to short listed candidates ensuring suitability and interest in the vacancy
Short listed candidates are identified including eligibility to work in the UK, referenced and skills tested where necessary
Present short listed candidates for your selection
Arrange interviews
Gain feedback from both client and candidates
Assist with offer/contract negotiation as appropriate
